Membership of Akatakyie USA is open to all persons who have attended Opoku Ware School and also to all friends of Opoku Ware School, teaching and non-teaching staff.

Our members are our most important asset - the collective will and power of members allows the Association to carry out its many programs and activities to achieve its goals.

Akatakyie USA strives to bring all old students of OWASS in the USA into our fold. We are confident that you will find your membership both personally and professionally vitalizing and rewarding.

Voting on any issue before the association shall be restricted to members in good standing. A "Member in Good Standing" is defined as one who has paid all association dues for the previous two years leading up to the current annual meeting.
